This was the first of what I hope will be many weekend cooking retreats I attend hosted by Ranchor. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Not only did I learn some new cooking skills I also made many new friend. I left feeling relaxed, happy and very content. Thank you Ranchor and your team for a wonderful time.

Hello All,

While I was unable to attend all the Retreat…I enjoyed the Ayurveda session, Meditation, Yoga, Spice session(part only).  The personal touches provided by Ranchor, Bavana etc. added so much to the occasion…my sincere thanks to the family, helpers and the delightful participants for such a (short) happy time.

Hi Ranchor,

For me the Cooking Retreat provided a great opportunity to learn a little of India Culture and Customs, Indian Spices, Yoga, Holistic Medicine and a wonderful learning experience in the preparation and eating of some really tasty vegetarian food.

An added bonus of the weekend for me was to meet some really great and extremely friendly people with something in common – wanting to understand the mystery of vegetarian cooking.  Thank you for providing a really first class weekend.

 Regards

Glenn

Hi Ranchor

I just wanted to say a big Thank you to you and your family and team for putting on a great weekend and for going to so much effort for us. I had a great time, as I’m sure everyone did.

Food was fantastic! I am definitely going to try the pumpkin dish from Saturday lunch, everything from Saturday night and the asparagus dish and brussels sprout dish from Sunday.

thank you

Christine

Hey Ranchor

The vegetarian cooking retreat was awesome, I definitely would recommend it.  Ranchor doesn’t just teach recipes he enlightens us with the underlying principles of the different elements that make a meal prepared with love and devotion.  Don’t forget to invite to the cooking trip to India!

Hi Ranchor,

I particularly enjoyed the end to end spice process…from identifying the spices, preparing them, dry roasting then grinding to a masala …..then using it in a dish.

Was a great hands on experience with good company!

Cheers,

Don
