Ingrdients
- 5 medium potatoes
- ½ cup sago
- 1 tsp paprika
- I bunch dhania
- 1tsp salt
- 1Tbsp ginger
- 1 chilly chopped
Method
Half boil potatoes and then grate
Soak sago for 1 minute, then drain
Mix sago and potatoes
Add spices and mix well
Roll into patties
Fry on medium heat
