You will need…
- 2 Cups Plain white flour
- ½ Cup Whole meal flour
- 1 ½ Cups Boiling water
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cooking oil
What to do next…
- Mix together the flours, salt & rub in oil.
- Add boiling water and make soft dough.
- Let dough rest for 10min.
- Divide into 8-10 balls and roll out into rotis
- Grill with some oil and keep turning rotis from time to time
