You will need…

  • 2 Cups Plain white flour
  • ½ Cup Whole meal flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Boiling water
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cooking oil

What to do next…

  1. Mix together the flours, salt & rub in oil.
  2. Add boiling water and make soft dough.
  3. Let dough rest for 10min.
  4. Divide into 8-10 balls and roll out into rotis
  5. Grill with some oil and keep turning rotis from time to time
